VINTAGE iittala Glass Bowl or Ice Bucket | Delicate Relief Pattern of Fern-Like Leaves & Flowers | Excellent Condition
This rare 1980s clear glass bowl, ice bucket, or vase from iittala of Finland still has just the smallest remnant of its original sticker.
It is part of the Koivu range designed by Jorma Vennola, which was only in production between 1981 through 1984. It features a pattern of raised, upward-extending, fine fern leaf leaves that extend upwards and inwards.
It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or discoloring. However, as is to be expected with an item of this age, there are some surface marks on the base, as well as a couple of small scratches (see image #8).
The bowl stands 10 cm (~4") tall and is 19.5 cm (~7.6") in diameter.
