The way we ship

Shipping inclusive pricing

Across our store, the price of most listings includes Australia-wide shipping, handling, and full insurance. 

Fast, tracked, Australia Post shipping

Unless stated otherwise, we ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.

We ship through Australia Post using the fastest non-express delivery option that includes tracking. Express shipping is available for a small additional charge.

All orders are shipped in sturdy, purpose-built, appropriately-sized, Australia Post Parcel Box. 

Full insurance

We purchase shipping insurance to cover the full purchase price of your order. 

PLEASE NOTE: We state the full purchase price on customs forms. For international shipping, please be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for paying the relevant customs duties on receipt of the package.

What to do if your order is damaged in transit

In addition to packing everything securely and with care, we also keep a photographic record of the  packing process,

In the unlikely event that something is damaged in transit, please observe the following steps to help speed up the processing of any subsequent insurance claim:

  1. If there is visible damage to the mailing package, please photograph it BEFORE OPENING IT. Include photos of the top, bottom, two ends, and two sides. DO NOT dispose of the parcel box.
  2. If upon opening the package, the item is found damaged please photograph the item from all angles and send us the images ASAP
  3. We will then advise you on further steps required to complete the insurance claim.

Finally, we strive hard to provide shoppers with a 5-star buying experience. So, should you feel we haven't met this benchmark, please contact us first rather than simply leaving a lower-rated review. Wherever possible, we work to resolve any issues rather than leave a customer with something they're not 100% happy with.
