Finest Finnish Design! Two iittala ,PAADAR, Series Textured Glass Individual Serving Bowls Designed by Legendary Finnish Designer Tapio Wirkkala
These two eye-catching 1970s iittala dessert or salad bowls were designed by Tapio Wirkkala (1915-1985) who is considered one of the icons of Finnish design and a symbol of the international success of postwar Finnish design.
They were produced as a part of his ,Paadar, glassware range, which is inspired by the lucid qualities of ice and the powerful forces of the Arctic climate.
Each bowl is 11 cm (~4.4") in diameter, stands 5 cm (~2.0") high, and is in excellent vintage condition.
