This beautiful, almost flawless mid-century, loop-handled, lidded stoneware casserole dish from Denby Pottery is perfect for entertaining and fine dining.
The shape is fluid and organic, while the hand-painted 'White Rose' pattern adds country-kitchen charm.
Without the lid, it measures 20 cm (~10") across the top and stands 10 cm (~4") high, It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, repairs, or crazing.
Although Denby stoneware is ovenproof we recommend this beautiful lidded casserole be used as a serving dish, to ensure it retains its clean and pristine condition. Handwashing is also preferred.
