Vintage 1950s MADE in WEST GERMANY Electric Green, Two-Strand, Glass, and Lucite Bead Necklace with a Gold-Tone Chain & Clasp | Free Gift Box
This delightful West German mid-century two-strand necklace was probably made in the 1950s or early 60s.
It comprises two strands of marbled, electric green, lozenge-shaped, art glass beads that are interspersed by similarly colored, faceted Lucite cubes. Each glass lozenge is held in a gold-toned wire, with gold-toned links connecting all the pieces.
The necklace is secured by a round box clasp, which features a large central marbled green stone that's held in a gold-tone setting.
It’s in very good condition, with the only slight blemish bring some slight aging of some of the metal links at the ends of the Lucite cubes. This is virtually unnoticeable and very minor given the age of the necklace. (Please study the photos carefully.)
