Set of Six Pre-1930s Czechoslovakian 'VICTORIA CHINA Side Plates' | Gilt Edged Border of Flowers & Leaves
This set of 'Victoria China' side plates was made in Czechoslovakia between 1918 and 1939.
Featuring a predominantly blue and orange border of flowers and leaves, as well as a gilded edge, they will add coluor and class to your morning or afternoon table. The set is in great condition, although one plate has a slightly lighter color than the others (see the bottom right-hand plate, photo #4).
SUMMARY: ** MAKER: Porzellanfabrik Victoria AG (marked Victoria China Czechoslovakia) ** DATE MADE: 1930s though could be as early as 1918 ** MATERIALS: Pottery with transfer print underglaze ** CONDITION: Very good vintage condition. No cracks, chips, crazing, staining, or discoloration.
